Community Medical Center in scenic Western Montana is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Critical Care Physician to join our established pediatric team. We’re proud to offer a collaborative, patient-centered environment with the support of an academic affiliation with the University of Washington and a strong commitment to excellence in pediatric care.   Position Overview: Schedule Options: Full-Time: 15 shifts/month Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Call Coverage: Provided by Pediatric Hospitalists Hospital Rounding Support: 24/7 Subspecialty access: Pediatric Surgery, Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, ENT, and Urology Strong maternal services: approximately 1,100 annual deliveries Level III NICU with Maternal-Fetal Medicine and OB No ECMO, CRRT, or pediatric cardiac surgery Patient Volume: Average Daily Census: 1 (acuity varies as a regional referral center) Experience: Prior pediatric critical care experience is required Educational Impact: Opportunity to participate in staff education and professional development   Why Choose Community Medical Center?
