Seattle area private practice seeks to add two Internal Medicine Physicians to their established team of physicians. At the end of 2023, this group made the change to a "Membership-based," practice model and the resulting growth has been tremendous. Your patient contact will be in an outpatient, office-based setting, or through virtual visits. Enjoy a 4 day work week and views of Mt. Rainer, Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Adams from their office location.Membership-based practice model.  See patients in an outpatient only, office-based setting, or through virtual visits..  Internal Medicine Sub-specialists on staff.  See 14-16 patients per day.  $20,000 signing bonus.  $10,000 reimbursement for relocation.  $250,000 base salary with opportunity to earn more.  Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only.  Shareholder status will increase your earnings substantially.  They are interested in both experienced physicians and 2025 graduates.  They will consider both IM and FM training, but you will only see adult patients.  Telephone Consultation with Minimal Call Ratio.  Competitive Annual Salary.  401K.
