What We Are Looking For:

Are you a highly skilled 3Cs Designer? We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Gameplay Designer with a strong emphasis on the 3C’s of game design: Camera, Controls, and Character. This role is crucial in crafting satisfying, engaging, and exciting 3C’s experiences. You will be responsible for developing innovative and seamless interactions between the camera, controls, and characters, ensuring a captivating gameplay experience for our players.

What We Will Do Together:

• 3Cs Design Mastery: Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the 3Cs of game design (Camera, Controls, and Character) to create immersive and seamless gameplay experiences that resonate with players.
• Cross-Platform Excellence: Design 3Cs interactions that translate effortlessly across various platforms, including PC, console, mobile, and beyond, providing a consistent and enjoyable experience for all players.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including systems design, technical design, content development, and producers, to ensure a seamless integration of 3Cs design into the overall gameplay experience.

What You Will Bring:

• You are an experienced Gameplay 3Cs Designer, with demonstrable knowledge of 3Cs design, that can break down what makes for a fantastic experience controlling a character
• You are comfortable guiding features from concept, through prototyping and iteration phases and then into a players' hands.
• Standardize, document, and communicate (3Cs) features to the game team.
• Regularly update and maintain the design documentation that will guide interdependent teams.
• Collaborate closely with Programming, Art, and Level Design to align on expectations, execution, and integration of your features.
• Adapt to technical and production constraints, reworking your design when needed.
• Propose improvements to the different tools and pipelines.
• Help to create a safe environment which allows for open dialogue and encourages new creative ideas.
