3D Motion Graphics Designer (Gaming & AI)

Aethir is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. As a Motion Graphics Designer at Aethir, you will be responsible for creating and delivering design solutions to meet the needs of our marketing and branding teams. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that graphics are delivered in a timely and effective manner. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design and be able to demonstrate their ability to create attractive and engaging designs.

• Collaborate with our team to develop design concepts that meet our needs.
• Create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms.
• Design and produce high-quality graphics for use across various platforms to engage the audience.
• Utilize video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D, to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects.
• Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.
• Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions, ensuring seamless playback on various devices.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, delivering high-quality motion graphic content that meets client requirements and exceeds expectations.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines while ensuring consistent design across all marketing materials.
• Work with the marketing department to develop and design digital materials, including social media content, videos, and more.
• Develop design concepts for websites, blogs, paid ads, social media, SEO optimization, and more.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not essential (happy to review portfolio instead).
• 4+ years of experience in motion graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey designs and concepts to team members and clients.
• Experience designing for both web and print.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of the English language.
