3PL Account Manager

We are seeking a 3PL Account Manager to join our team! You will be an integral part of our 3PL operations, communicating with customers and offering solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

· OWNER of day to day Operational EXCELLENCE !

· Meet client KPIs and contractual responsibilities

· Responsible to identify continuous improvement opportunities while working in the day to day

· Be the client's voice at ALS

· Manage and conduct client reporting - Continuous Improvement Roadmap (CIR), Power BI, etc)

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Logistics, Operations or Account Management
• TMS experience, preferably 3G
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Customer facing experience (presentations, sales, account management, etc)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
