Overview:

This global role for a 3rd Party Messaging Solutions Senior Manager will report to the Director of Partner Success. You will work within our Partnerships & Alliances team as a "player coach," directly guiding strategy within some of the top third-party messaging solutions and managing solution adoption managers in guiding growth of the channels. Your top priorities will include coordinating the go-to market approach for one or more 3rd Party Messaging channels including: WhatsApp, Google Business Messaging, and Apple Messaging for Business. In this capacity, you will foster a business relationship with both your assigned providers and those of your team to place LivePerson as their premier partner, bringing the richest 3rd Party Messaging experiences to market across the world's top brands.

You will be part of a smart, dynamic, impactful team and to help build the use of Conversational AI solutions that bring massive value to the world's largest brands.

You will:

  • Liaison with strategic partners: Reach out to LivePerson strategic partners (e.g. Apple, Meta, Google) to get answers to clients' questions, assist with program registration, and push for ambitious go live dates.
  • Solution Subject-Matter Expert: Serve as the first contact for brand and account team configuration and technical questions for the solutions assigned to your team. Monitor queries and cases that are escalated to Solution Adoption Manager or LivePerson/Partner Support teams and ensure communications are delivered to the brand and account team promptly.
  • Field enablement: Work with your team and the product group to ensure enablement assets are maintained to LivePerson field employees and partners
  • Onboarding Governance: Provide standards, communication and enforcement within the direct account teams to provide Quality Assurance of 3rd Party Channel deployments and ensure they meet both the provider's and LivePerson's standards of excellence
  • Guide pipeline growth: Work with the partner and direct sales teams to qualify, track, and push a constant stream of clients through the messaging solution process from identification through implementation
  • Mentorship: Use your industry expertise in developing a team of channel adoption managers to enhance both the growth of the business and their own careers
  • Travel: Some travel required, as we are a global team supporting a global business

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, training or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in 3rd Party Channel or Channel Partner Management
  • Experience managing a team of people, large or small, including a true experience helping people be successful and to make a difference
  • Experience solving strategic-level problems by analyzing data, talking with several people, creating a well-thought-out strategy, implementing a plan and measuring results
  • World-class communication across internal and partner partners at multiple levels
  • Experience driving programs, collaborate and accomplish in global team
