Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven, FL
Morton Plant in Clearwater, FL
Mease Countryside in Clearwater, FL
St. Joseph's Hospital - North in Tampa, FL

Qualifications:

• Must be Board-Certified and actively practicing Obstetrics & Gynecology
