MD Assessor – Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled MD Assessor to join our team. The MD Assessor will be responsible for the assessments and coordination of assessments for all residents, ensuring the completion of MDS forms in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies.   Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000   Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience. At least two (2) years of experience in performing MDS completion.
