Registered Nurse ($45.00/Hour - $75 Hour)

Job Description: • Supervise, educate, coach, and mentor nursing staff, and foster a caring environment that respects our patients' dignity  • Lead and manage nursing care on your ward and shift, including administering medications and treatments  • Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to maintain a high quality of nursing care for people being treated for behavioral health conditions  • Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team that plans, delivers, and evaluates all patient care provided  • Respond in a lead role in case of a health emergency and therapeutically intervene to de-escalate patients' behavior  Who should apply? A Registered Nurse with a valid Washington State RN license or the ability to obtain one by the start of employment AND two years of professional nursing experience.
