This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
Must be a U.S. Citizenship or National
The incumbent of this position must obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance and eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
Financial Disclosure (OGE-450) required.
This is a drug testing position.
This position has been designated as Mission Essential.
Qualifications
One year of applicable experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in this position at the GS-13 grade level and that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the federal service which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience is defined as: Experience overseeing continuity of operations sites and the readiness of information and communications technology (ICT) used in support of continuity of operations. Experience in continuity communications readiness testing and implementing OSTP/OMB D-16-1 requirements.
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Education is not substitutable for specialized experience for this grade level.

Pay for first time hires to the Federal Government will typically be set at step 1 salary range for their respective grade level.
