Pediatrics Physician - Under an hour from Montgomery, AL - 20k Sign-on Bonus

Description: Schedules are flexible and open for negotiations! Rotating Saturdays from 8-12 is possible in the future, as we have found that adding Saturday hours is a amazing service to the community and would like to gradually do that.We do offer evening hours as well, so lots of room for flexible schedules Position is outpatient only, but should have courtesy privileges at local hospital admissions of patients seen in office that require hospitalization. After-hours telephone calls will be transferred to Childrens of Alabama PHIL line for triage who will take care of the majority of calls. However, clinic providers will rotate weeks to be available to nurse triage line for calls requiring advice from practitioner (is very infrequent). willingness and ability to see 25 per day. Currently have one Pediatrician and three Nurse Practitioners on staff. Each provider has their own MA- in the process of hiring a floater. Four receptionists. An office manager that oversees day-to-day operations of the practice. We do not currently have any scribes. Compensation: $220k Base salary - Base salary is guaranteed. Our bonus structure is production based and comes into play when provider is seeing, on average, more than 25 patients per day. Family health, dental, and vision insurance paid;401 K with 4% match by employer; Malpractice insurance and license renewal paid; 6.5 paid holidays, $2500 CME Stipend, and 18 paid days off that can be used for vacation and CME.
