Internal Medicine - Academic Hospitalist Opportunity

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Nazareth Hospital have an excellent full-time opportunity for an Internal Medicine physician to join an existing Hospitalist group located in Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Nazareth is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our academic hospitalist group. Our hospitalist team consists of 11 physicians, including two Nocturnists, one physician lead with clinical and administrative duties, and a pool of per diems which includes midlevel providers. Nazareth Hospital is seeking an associate who will complement their culture of collaboration, compassion and professionalism while being an advocate for the patient.

As a full-time hospitalist you will be expected to work 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7 days on/7 days off with no night shifts required.

Our hospitalists attend to an average of 15-18 patients per shift with a team of residents from our academic program. We have an open ICU comanaged with intensivists and hospitalists. There are opportunities for personal and professional growth by serving on committees including GME, peer review, pharmacy and therapeutics, quality control, and credentialing, to name a few.
