PMHNP | 16 Hours/Month | Outpatient | On-site   Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Kansas. This position offers 16 hours per month, ideal for a provider looking for a low-commitment, high-impact role in a community-focused setting. Strong preference for a bi-lingual Spanish speaking provider. Key Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric assessment services including diagnosis, treatment, and medication management Work closely with primary care providers Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards Schedule: 8 hours every other week (flexible weekday scheduling) Setting: Outpatient only – no weekends, no holidays, no on-call Patient Population: All ages – pediatrics through geriatrics Location: Kansas-based FQHC focused on accessible, comprehensive care Qualifications: Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Kansas Experience in outpatient, primary care, or community health preferred Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Why Join Us?   Be part of a physician-owned and operated organization with over 95% provider retention rates.
