OBGYN – New grads welcome!   About Us: This community health center is just outside the Tulsa area, offering top-quality care in both hospital and clinic settings. Their team is dedicated to providing comprehensive care while ensuring a work-life balance for their physicians. They foster a collaborative and supportive environment that allows you to excel both professionally and personally.   Position Highlights: Total compensation ranging from $260,000 to $360,000 $30,000 retention bonus $50,000 sign-on bonus Unlimited relocation allowance 18 days of paid time off annually Paid CME leave Full benefits package, encompassing medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 403(b)-retirement plan with matching contributions Access to a Physician Mortgage Program offering low down payments, competitive rates, and flexible debt-to-income ratios   Key Responsibilities: Provide a mix of 80% obstetrics and 20% gynecology services Handle approximately 20-25 deliveries per month, including C-sections No NICU or PICU coverage Very light call with minimal weekend coverage Collaborate with a team of other OBGYN physicians, while managing your own patient panel and contributing to the broader healthcare team   Qualifications: MD or DO degree Board eligible or certified in obstetrics and gynecology Ability to provide both obstetric and gynecologic care independently Training or willingness to be trained in C-sections   About the Area: Tulsa offers a rich blend of culture, history, and modern amenities.
