A Cancer Center situated in central South Carolina is actively seeking a proficient Hematologist/Oncologist with significant clinical leadership experience to assume the role of Practice Medical Director. This presents a remarkable prospect for a forward-thinking and clinically adept medical oncologist with robust leadership capabilities within a multidisciplinary, patient-focused, and expanding setting. The weekly agenda will encompass overseeing both the outpatient clinic and inpatient census.Hospital Employee, Traditional.  Competitive Annual Salary.  Board certified hematologist/oncologist, MD or DO.  Experience with successfully mentoring physicians and clinical support staff is highly desired..  Call responsibilities include approximately a 1:9 Rotation.  Oncology trained APP Support.  Clinical research is welcomed.  Cancer Center's Hematology/Oncology Practice is spread over two floors on the Medical Center's main campus..  The state-of-the-art clinic features 40 exam rooms including 34 standard rooms and 6 procedural offices.
