**Primary Care Medical Director Opening in NH** -Located in Lancaster, NH. -Full Time & Permanent Position. -Experience required. **Job Description** -Fulltime outpatient position with leadership/Division Chair interest. -Provider must have minimum of 5 years in practice in outpatient primary care. -Seeking a provider who plans to stay and practice 5-10 years minimum. -Medical Director = 16 hours per week; Primary Care = 24 hours per week (2.5 hours documentation time; 21.5 hours direct patient care). -20-24 patients per day. -Community call (including local nursing home patients) TBD. -EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation. -Supported by an RN Team leader and designated MA. -Excellent IT and Marketing support to help build volume and reach wRVU #s. -Competitive compensation, including productivity, and benefits package. -+$20k Sign-On/Retention for years 2 and 3, and up to $19,000 relocation/rental assistance. -Student Loan Repayment application assistance. -5 weeks vacation. -5 days sick time. -One week of CME time (plus $4,000 CME funds can be used for licensure etc). -No state income taxes, affordable real estate and small schools. -Best suited for outdoor enthusiast who prefers a quiet, friendly, close-knit community where you can see the stars, hear the birds, and breath fresh clean air!
