We are currently recruiting for a gastroenterologist to join the team of physicians. Two-year guaranteed salary Signing bonus Full comprehensive benefits package for physician and family Outstanding profit sharing plan Full partnership offered after two years with a minimal buy-in Four-weeks PTO offered for the first year $3,000 plus one week for CME offered the first year $10,000 relocation expense reimbursement The department of gastroenterology provides consultation and treatment for the full spectrum of gastrointestinal, biliary, pancreatic, and liver diseases. Specifics of the practice include: 1:4 week day call No weekend call general surgery partners currently cover weekend call and vacations Hospitalist program support no primary admissions, only consultations New EUS on-site New Endoscopic suites ERCP and Fluoroscopy Olympus 190 scopes available at all facilities with high resolution monitors Typical schedule includes three half-days of clinic per week with the remainder of the time spent doing procedures in surgery center and hospital. Half day off per week. Hospital provides the only ERCP and EUS in West Central Minnesota no immediate competition in the area. Built-in referral system from over 110 physicians within the organization Strong alliance with the University of Minnesota and Mayo Clinic.
