Be part of a multi-specialty practice (50 providers including mid-levels) primarily working out of the Heart Hospital that was designed by physicians with patients in mind. * Full-Time Employment (1.0 FTE) * Inpatient/Outpatient Mix * Join a team at NMHI of 32 physicians, 19 APP's, and support staff of 100+ * Onsite ECHO, Vascular, Nuclear, CT Testing * Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (no weekend requirement) * Daily Patient Load: 16 (clinic) * Rotating Call Coverage * EMR: Epic **Minimum Requirements** * ABTS certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery * Congenital Cardiac Surgery is preferred but not required * Experienced and graduating cardiothoracic surgeons are encouraged to apply! **Recruitment Package May Include:** * Base Salary + wRVU production incentive * CME allowance * Sign-on bonus * Medical debt assistance * Relocation allowance * Residency stipend * Paid malpractice coverage * Health benefits + Retirement plan * Marketing + practice growth assistance Heart Institute practices state-of-the-art medicine by employing the latest cardiovascular imaging and fully integrated interventional, cardio-thoracic, and vascular surgical service approaches. Services provided include vascular surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, electrophysiology, imaging, advanced heart failure, and structural/IV.
