Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment See Duties and Qualifications EVALUATIONS: Qualifications An appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR three years¿ experience and in-depth knowledge in retail buying and merchandising system data entry. Skill in oral and written communication to prepare and present recommendations and solutions regarding issues based on analysis and evaluation of proposals.  Skill to operate a personal computer and associated software. Must have extensive knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas and queries.  Also needs to be able to type 60 WPM.  Eligible for incremental telework as determined by MR/MF policy.
