$450K+ ER Physician Job | 240 Hours of PTO | Duluth MN Area | EM or FM

Position Details:
•  Join 6 ER physicians and 2 NPs who take a lot of pride in the positive & collegial culture they've nurtured amongst their group at this award-winning independent hospital in the pristine Duluth, MN area
•  Option for 8-14 twelve-hour shifts per month; flexible scheduling
•  9-10K ER visits annually, Level IV Trauma Center - extremely reasonable daily volumes
•  Hospitalists (MDs/DOs), Anesthesia, and Lab are all on-site 24-7. ED nursing staff is highly competent
•  High-quality in-house imaging
•  100K signing bonus
•  Extremely competitive hourly rate allows for 90th percentile+ earning potential
•  240 hours of PTO = incredible work/life balance
