Job Description
We are a premier,
well-established Urgent Care network with five locations north of
Boston,
dedicated to providing high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care to
our
communities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director to
join our leadership team.
This full-time role includes both clinical practice
and administrative oversight to support quality
care delivery, provider
development, and operational excellence.
Position Overview:
Schedule: 5
days/week3 days clinical (direct
patient care)2 days administrative
(leadership, quality,
governance, operations)Compensation: $240,000+
annually, commensurate with experienceComprehensive

Key
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership
across all urgent care locationsDeliver high-quality
patient
care in a fast-paced environmentOversee clinical protocols,
policies, and quality assurance
programsCollaborate with executive
leadership on operational strategy and workflow improvementServe
as a mentor and
resource to providers, ensuring clinical excellence and teamworkParticipate in
hiring,
onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing provider educationEnsure compliance with state
and
federal regulatory standards and best practicesMaintain a positive,
patient-focused culture aligned
with organizational values
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited
medical
schoolBoard Certified in Emergency
Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care
specialtyActive Massachusetts Medical
License (or ability to obtain)Minimum 3+ years of Urgent
Care
or Emergency Medicine experiencePrior leadership or
management experience preferredStrong
communication,
interpersonal, and team-building skillsCommitment to high-quality,
evidence-based
care and operational efficiency
