hospital medicine (HM) physician to join our team in Glasgow, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will
provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary
team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality,
evidence-based care to adult patients in an inpatient settingConduct thorough patient assessments,
develop treatment plans, and monitor progressCollaborate with specialists, nurses, and other
healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomesPerform procedures as required, including
intubation, central line placement, and others as neededParticipate in daily rounds and patient care
meetings to discuss cases and care plansEducate and mentor medical residents and students, fostering
a culture of learningMaintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital
policiesEngage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical
