Hospitalist Opportunity in Minnesota - Night Shifts

Location: Minnesota Position: Locum Tenens – Internal Medicine (MD/DO)We are seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our Hospitalist team. This physician will provide comprehensive cross-coverage admissions to all patients referred to the service. Assignment Details: Coverage Reason: Open provider slots Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1-year assignment Shift Information: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, night shifts. Patient Load: 126 adult acute beds, staffed by 2 Physicians and 2 APPs. EMR System: EPIC Support Staff: Respiratory Therapists, on-site Intensivists, and 24-hour on-call consultants Requirements: Board Certification Required: Yes (Internal Medicine) Life Safety Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS Procedures Required: None Experience Level: 1-3 years or more preferred Top Desired Skills: Ability to work in a team environment handling acute care patients. Proficiency in electronic medical records, specifically EPIC. Strong communication and collaboration with support staff.
