Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, has opportunities for an NP to join the Cardiology team! Position includes outpatient clinic in Fort Wayne or Decatur and inpatient rotations. Experienced NP preferred; Strong cardiology clinical background required.

Details of Position:

• Inpatient and outpatient clinic rotations
• No call required!
• Obtain patient history and perform exams
• Assess and revise plans of care
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
• Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities
• Educate patients and families
• Collaborative team of Cardiologists and APPs
