Hospital-employed Team of 5+ fulltime physicians and 2 fulltime nurse practitioners Level IV trauma center 71 24-hour shifts per year (.81 FTE) Roughly six 24-hour shifts per month Nurse practitioner support during peak hours (10a-10p) Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift About 12,000 to 13,000 visits annually Zero travel nurses during pandemic!
