Responsibilities
- Refine existing processes, tools, and templates as needed to support both the projects and the
organization. - Maintain system results by developing and enforcing data standards.
- Analyze data metrics to identify process challenges and improvements
- Facilitate on-site teams to critically review current processes and identify best practices
- Provide training for managers on new processes as needed, as well as day-to-day systems compliance
and interdepartmental communication - Ensure compliance to identified KPI's
- On-site support for large-scale and small-scale corporate improvements and process changes
- Ensure 4insite platform Features and Feature Components are being utilized to their full extent for the
account scope identified. - Partner with identified Corporate Department resources to ensure department processes are
documented and communicated to process users. - Partner with Corporate resources and process users to ensure process requirements are being met.
- Escalate to Account Responsible Manager when necessary.
- Analyze data metrics to identify process challenges and improvements.
- Refine existing processes, tools, and templates as needed to support both the account and organization.
- Act as a conduit for communicating new platform Features to Feature users.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Review gaps with operations and develop a plan for improvements.
- Seek department support if plans do not yield progress.
- Report and track bugs and ensure on-time closure.
- Provide backup support to site management to conduct Audits, send Messages, respond to Requests, and other 4insite related responsibilities.
- Assist in the configuration of (but not limited to): SOW / Profiling, Routes, Building, Baselines, Site
Scorecard, CSAT, KPI Thresholds. - Ensure the account KPIs within 4insite are met.
- Ensuring that the 4insite components within each site are meeting expectations.
- Travel will be required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University with a minimum of 2+ years related
experience and/or training in labor compliance, or equivalent combination of education and
experience. - May required to have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to read/interpret complex contract rules and apply rules to data
- Meticulously provide precise and accurate work product with commitment to timely completion
- Comfortable with short-term deadlines in fast-paced work environment
- Proactively seeks answers to problems with business partners throughout the company
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and general proficiency in MS suite of applications
- Team player with ability to respectfully manage internal customer expectations
Compensation: $100,000 per year
