4M India - Technical Lead

What will you do?

Your role is to help manage the team in India in delivering the solutions for products and projects for Plat4mation. You will lead the team from a technical perspective, i.e. you instruct your team on how to finish work packages (Stories/Features). You will become the Scrum Master, so you’ll lead the Daily Standups, and you’ll perform other agile related activities.

For our developers, you are the go-to person for complex questions, providing them with solicited and unsolicited advice. You have a clear vision on how ServiceNow will develop. You will also participate in the biweekly meetings with other countries, to ensure we are delivering the right work, with the right quality and within the right time frame. Examples of biweekly meetings are: Product Owner meetings, architectural meetings, etc.

You are an inspirator as well as a trusted advisor. You safeguard the delivered quality and constantly raise the bar for yourself and your team, while at the same time being a pleasant person to work with. We expect you to create, safeguard and propagate new solutions and best practices. Besides managing the team and quality, you will also develop cool innovative solutions yourself.

What do you have to offer?

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Software Engineering or similar
• >4 years of experience with ServiceNow development, both front-end (Service Portal) and back-end
• >7 years of experience in software development
• Multiple years of technical consultancy and architecture experience
• Experience with at least 3 diverse ServiceNow modules
• Ability to design Entity Relationship Diagrams based upon functional requirements
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Good writing and storytelling skills
• Excellent technical skills
• Passion for ServiceNow
• Undeniable passion for technology – you do not have to be a nerd, but we certainly don’t mind!
• Normal understanding of business administration
• An energetic, mature personality
