Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to Join our not-for-profit hospital and physician group located just 20 miles south of Boston, MA. This role requires a clinician with a strong background in dermatology, including a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.  In this position, you will provide comprehensive dermatological care to a diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with various dermatological conditions, diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin issues such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers, and performing minor procedures like biopsies and excisions. Additionally, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients on skin health and preventive care. The ability to manage patient care independently is essential, as you will be expected to work with minimal supervision.Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary, full benefits package, CME includes one week off and reimbursement up to $1,500. Reimbursement for renewal cost of licenses.   Qualifications: Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain one. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in dermatology (required). Preferred completion of dermatology schooling or training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions.
