Assistant Director, Admissions PRI Nurse

Large, multi-system 1199 Union hospital in Brooklyn offering competitive pay, tremendous opportunities for growth with an excellent Major Medical, PTO, Vision, dental plans.Seeking an Assistant Director, Admissions PRI Nurse who will report to the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in coordinating, evaluating, and facilitating referrals for potential admissions.  Serving as a liaison between nursing homes, hospitals, and community agencies, this position ensures a seamless transition in the admissions process. The Assistant Director reviews clinical documentation, completes pre-admission assessments, and coordinates all aspects of the admissions process with the interdisciplinary team.Brooklyn's unique blend of cultural richness, diversity, and community spirit makes it a dynamic and appealing borough within the bustling metropolis of New York City. Compensation: $118,00-$125,00 Qualifications: ·         Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program(s).·         Previous experience in post-acute admissions processes required.·         New York State Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.·         PRI certified preferred.
