Memorial Hospital is a 25 bed Planetree-designated critical access hospital in Astoria, Oregon. In spite of the small size, there is a lot going on! Hospital has a fully integrated EMR, excellent ancillary support services, on-site rehab services and a Professional Staff that values practicing evidence-based medicine. The hospital employs 30 physicians and midlevel providers in 14 specialties. Our primary care patients have access to onsite specialists in OB/Gyn, urology, orthopedics, general surgery and podiatry, as well as endocrinology, pulmonology, cardiology and oncology. Hospitalists are available to cover inpatient care if desired. Hospital has great relationships with tertiary care centers in Portland, including stroke telemedicine through OHSU.
