Locums Cardiology Physician-Invasive-Interventional

We are seeking a Locums Invasive-Interventional Cardiology Physician to join our team in Alexandria, LA. This role is critical in providing comprehensive cardiology coverage at a Level II trauma center. The physician will be responsible for ensuring unassigned emergency room coverage and managing the inpatient cardiology census.The position requires 24-hour unassigned ER call coverage, with the physician expected to handle emergency cases and perform necessary interventions. In addition, the physician will manage inpatient consults, providing expert care for cardiology-related conditions.The average patient volume is approximately 10 patients per day, and all documentation will be managed using the eClinicalWorks EMR system.  Requirements:  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Invasive-Interventional Cardiology.
