ENT physician needed in this growing community known as the Pacific Northwest's base camp for art and adventure with a growing population of 60,000, and a draw of over 275,000. Experience mild winters and enjoy blue skies over 300 days per year. The large regional airport has direct flights to Seattle, Salt Lake City, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix and Las Vegas. Hospital employed practice.  Physician schedule is flexible - 4-day work week available.  Dedicated OR block time between 10 ORs.  Opportunity to teach medical students if desired.  Stand alone, financially stable, not-for-profit health system.  Competitive salary.  Fair production with additional incentive bonus structures.  Generous sign-on / relocation bonus.  8 weeks PTO (6 vacation, 2 CME).  Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues.  5-7% retirement match + 457b program.
