The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental healthcare and providing comprehensive psychiatric services to our short-term rehab and long-term care patients in skilled nursing.About the Role:Schedule: Monday through Friday schedule day shifts, no nightsFacilities: you will work amongst several facilities in the area; you will round on one facility each day - locations are from West Palm Beach to BoyntonCompensation: expected compensation is estimated salary range of $153,000 to $177,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potentialResponsibilities:Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessmentsDevelop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disordersPrescribe and manage medicationsProvide therapy and counseling to individuals and groups (as needed)Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient careEducate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment optionsJoin a team that provides psychiatry services to adult patients.
