This integrated health care system located near the Capital Region of upstate NY is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine provider to join an established group of physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. This is an outpatient-only practice, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no OB responsibilities. A first-call system is in place with a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant on call for your patients. A sign-on bonus of up to $200,000 is available. Hospital Employee, Outpatient with call.  M-F, no weekends.  Telephone Consultation with Minimal Call Ratio.  Competitive Annual Salary.  Quality Bonus production incentives.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and money available.  EPIC in use for EMR.  Loan repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs.  Salary range: $235K - $270K based on experience.  Sign-on bonus up to $200,000.  Medical, dental and vision insurance.  Paid time off, including vacations and holidays.  Paid malpractice and retirement plan.
