Join our UPMC Post-Acute Care network as a supervisor CRNP, providing primary care to older
adults who have complex health care needs as well as consultations for patients with specific
geriatric conditions. Excellent opportunity for rapid practice growth and development. The
supervisor nurse practitioner will provide quality patient care in various locations such as a
