Work with a level 2 nursery at the facility and partner with a level 3 nursery along with multiple full time pediatricians. Clinch Valley Medical Center has an average of 300 births annually with 85% of all births taking place between 7am-7pm.  There is an experienced staff that knows when to call a physician in for deliveries and there is an anesthesiologist on first call 24/7.
