Pediatric Gastroenterologist opening in Northern Illinois Located in Rockford, IL 80 miles to Chicago, IL Full time, permanent Teaching Hospital Healthcare group in Northern Illinois seeks a BE/BC Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our Medical Group of over 270 Providers. Practice includes neonatal/pediatric elective and call services in Rockford, IL, along with the opportunity to provide tertiary and quaternary care in Madison, WI. With a $130 million expansion of womens and childrens services including the creation of a Level III NICU, group's growing portfolio of pediatric services will provide a busy community-based practice with pediatric subspecialists affiliated with a major academic medical center. As a teaching hospital group offers the opportunity to work with residents and medical students and the individual selected for this position will be eligible to apply for academic appointment as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
