Below are some key details about the position: Job Details: Schedule: 12-hour shifts: 6a-6p or 6p-6a No on-call requirements Shifts include coverage at all listed facilities Duration: 1-year locum contract Start Date: ASAP Shift Coverage: Single physician coverage per shift at all sites Common Cases: Variety of emergency medicine cases including trauma, STEMI, stroke, OB deliveries, and elderly care Required Skills & Qualifications: Certifications: ABFM or ABIM with Emergency Medicine experience Emergency privileges required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience, or Family Medicine with Emergency Medicine fellowship Procedures: Intubation, central line placement, trauma management, OB delivery, dislocation reductions The facilities include both Level IV trauma centers and freestanding ERs handling a variety of high-acuity cases.
