Pain Management provider needed in Northern Indiana to meet a growing community need. Established multi-specialty group of 75+ providers dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of area residents throughout northern Indiana region serving a population of 220,000. The health network consists of both primary care and specialty providers, allowing them to offer the highest quality of care for a wide range of conditions. This health network is a physician-led, professionally managed organization. Must be Board Certified or actively working for Board Certification.  Will be coordinating with their PCPs to provide medication management for patients.  Promptness (within 24 hours) in completing all hospital and office documentation.  Ability to evaluate and treat patients appropriately while achieving excellent Patient Satisfaction.  Help lead an outpatient clinic.  High level of initiative and excellent communication skills a necessity.  Must value a team-based & collaborative approach to patient care.  Monthly stipends available for those in their residency or fellowship who commit to the organization..  Competitive compensation per MGMA data.
