Description Demonstrates understanding of regulatory requirements related to performance improvement. Demonstrates knowledge of quality improvement models and knowledge of data analytical tools. Supports organizational development of an integrated organizational PI Plan. Supports departmental managers to translate the PI Plan to departmental PI activities. Supervises organizational data collection for quality monitoring. Systematically aggregates and analyzes collected data collaboratively throughout the organization. Trends analyzed data. Drives performance improvement activities as indicated by identified trends. Identifies an ongoing, proactive program for identifying and reducing unanticipated adverse events and safety risks to patients. Facilitates documentation of organizational performance improvement activities.
