Emergency Department - APP (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant)

Location: KentuckyPosition Type: Locum Tenens - Advanced Practice Provider (APP)Start Date: ASAP Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team on a locum basis at a Level III trauma center. With a busy ER handling approximately 60,000 cases annually (165 cases per 24-hour period), this position offers a dynamic and rewarding experience for an experienced APP. Position Highlights: Shifts: 10-hour shifts, preference for providers who can cover 4-5 consecutive days Patient Volume: All ages EMR System: Epic Credentialing: Efficient credentialing process, typically completed within 30-45 days Travel & Lodging: Provided for locum providers Requirements: Licensure: Valid Kentucky NP/PA license (or willingness to obtain one) Experience: Emergency Medicine experience in a high-volume environment is preferred Availability: Able to work 4-5 days in succession for seamless coverage This opportunity allows an APP to work alongside a supportive emergency department team in a high-impact role.If you are ready for a unique opportunity, we encourage you to apply by submitting your CV for immediate consideration.
