The hours of operation for the practice are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 pm (with some occasional extended hours). Shared call rotation (no weekends). Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family. Provider will be seeing all ages. 15-20 patients/day ACO clinical wraparound support services Established practice in a renovated office space Full medical and administrative support including on site laboratory services.
