Hospital-Employed Practice Opportunity: Join a team of six Anesthesiologists and a robust support staff of 20 $675,000 in year one Additional $50,000 for a directorship if desired 1:6 at-home call = five days/month & post call day off $15,000 relocation assistance, $4,000 CME allowance 14+ weeks PTO Benefits package including paid malpractice Fulltime Hospital Employed Practice Mix: Inpatient/ Outpatient Case Mix: 40% Endo, 35% General Surgery, 20% Complex Ortho, 5% OB(C-sections and epidurals) Call rotation is a 1:6 - Call is taken from home 5 day a month with a post call day off. Supervision and direction of anesthesia and pain management services, both inpatient and outpatient services.Physicians must ensure the delivery of anesthesia services that meet quality and compliance benchmarks while improving production and efficiency.
