Experience in emergency, mental health, or case management nursing preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. BLS required; ACLS or psychiatric certifications preferred. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patients in ED and mental health settings. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely. Develop and coordinate individualized care plans for patients. Educate patients and families on treatment, resources, and follow-up care. Document care accurately and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
