SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group in Monroe is actively recruiting a talented, engaged, & committed full time Primary Care physician that will be located at our multi-specialty clinic in Monroe, Wisconsin.

The Opportunity:

• Daytime clinical hours, Monday - Friday
• Outpatient-based practice
• 32 patient contact hours, 4-5 days/week
