They have great retention as most providers who join end up falling in love with their community.EPIC in use for EMR.  Option for 12 or 24 hour shifts.  Income to be around $300,000 per year.  Annual visits average 12,000.  Availability to pick up extra shifts.  Quality Incentive up to $40,000.  Production Incentive (wRVU's): available if production exceeds 4,000 wRVU's annually..  Very comprehensive benefits package.  $36,000 loan assistance.
