Geriatrician needed to join this central Illinois senior healthy and memory clinic team. This is a full-time employed opportunity to join an established and talented team of four physicians and six advanced practice providers. Seeking a physician with a passion for the Geriatric community with leadership qualities to serve as the Medical Director of three area Nursing Homes. This is a thriving practice with excellent quality and patient satisfaction scores.Memory Clinic: an outpatient clinic seeing Alzheimer's patients 3 days per week.  Nursing home rounding: 2 days per week with a very flexible schedule to see patients in 1-2 nursing homes per day.  Medical Director of three area Nursing Homes: the Geriatrician will receive an additional stipend related to the Medical Directorship responsibilities.  Average patients/day: 7.  Call schedule requirement: 5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phone.  Salary up to $230,000 with sign on, relocation, CME and full benefits.  Only a few hours to both Chicago and St. Louis. Population over 100k people..  The ideal candidate willbe Board Certified in Geriatrics or physicians with significant experience in Nursing home work or Alzheimers / Memory Clinic..
