3 days a week in an inpatient setting with a Pediatric focus

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a Pediatric focus is needed in a large Minnesota community only one hour to Minneapolis. This hospital has a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) looking for an experienced Neonatal Advanced Practitioner to join a Level 3 NICU. You will be part of a team that includes 24/7 coverage and work in their 36-bed NICU with state-of-the-art private and semi-private rooms. This team includes a case manager and other support staff.Primarily 12-hour shifts (with potential for 24 hr shifts), 8am-8pm, or 8pm-8am, day and night shifts, and every third weekend and holiday..  Day will include - attending deliveries of all infants less than 35 weeks and other high-risk indications. Admissions including history and physical. Assessments, management of current NICU patients, ground and air transports, phone and telehealth support and more..  Procedures required - have a full list upon request.  Ideal candidates are those who have experience with Minnesota ties but new grads or those not from the area will be considered.  Very competitive salary, benefits and sign on bonus and loan repayment assistance all provided.  Community is only 60 minutes to Minneapolis and a wonderful place to raise a family.
