NES Health invites applications from dedicated Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners specialized in Hospitalist Medicine to join our practice at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center in Roswell, New Mexico. About the Hospital A 162-bed Community Hospital, part of CHS Recognized Level III Trauma Center Employs Medhost EDIS EMR (transitioning to CERNER Sept 2024)  Functioning as a teaching hospital, hosting medical students, APP students, Nursing students, and RadTech students Coverage Areas Include Teleradiology and Tele Interventional Radiology Pediatrics (covered by FM physicians) Psychiatry (25 bed adult psych unit) Anesthesiology (all CRNA team) Tele-Intensivists 24/7 Ultrasound Hospitalist General Surgery Podiatry Gastroenterology Cardiology (2 diagnostic and 1 interventional) Tele Neurology 24/7 Neurology Accredited Chest Pain Center Certified Primary Stroke Center Program Details and Operational Hours Hospitalist program handles 40-50 patient encounters /day Follows a 7 on and 7 off model 12-hour shifts for both Physicians (48 hours/day) and APPs (12 hours/day) Candidate Qualifications Active New Mexico license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted state license Candidates must be PA, FNP, or ANP trained and BE/BC About the Community Historic Roswell, located at the junction of three rivers – the Spring, the Hondo, the Pecos – offers a vibrant community, rich in cultural activities and steeped in tradition.
