Job Description
Summary
This position is located in the Division of Risk Management Supervision, Operations Branch, Training and Communication section of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage risk management supervision-related knowledge and information as a strategic asset.

Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) required.
Qualifications
CG-13: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade CG/GS-12 level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as assisting with the development, implementation, and evaluation of knowledge management programs, assisting with development of training strategies based upon knowledge gaps, and assisting with the development of management reports to monitor and evaluate knowledge management programs.
CG-14: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade CG/GS-13 level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of knowledge management programs, leading development of training strategies based upon knowledge gaps, and leading the development of management reports to monitor and evaluate knowledge management programs.
Education
There is no substitution of education for the experience for this position.
Additional information
Selectee(s) for this position will be required to report to their duty station office two days per week.
